| Lead Teacher

- Must meet at minimum requirements of Lead Teacher as outlined by EEC.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Flexible, organized, strong communication skills both oral and written.
- Passionate about education and working with young children.
- Caring and nurturing attitude
- Must be able to lift and care for a child up to five years of age and / or 50 pounds.
- Perform classroom teaching duties and manage classroom curriculum.
- Implement daily activities with children.
- Supervise all activities to ensure children’s safety at all times.
- Provide appropriate emotional support for each child’s development.
- Meet with parents to provide updates on child’s development and other parent/teacher conferences as requested.
- Train and supervise teachers, assistant teachers and / or aides.
- Participate in training as required.

| Assistant Teacher

Assist teachers in daily operations of classrooms including but not limited to feeding, rest time, play time, clean-up etc.
